Pen Drawing I

Today was sunny.
I had a class about Post-Colonial fiction, which I think is mostly novels about the immigrant population in London. It is an immigrant population that seems to be dominated by Muslims from Bangladesh, India and other 'Muslim' countries.
After class I ate with Joe and Randi, which is becoming a pleasant Monday afternoon tradition, regardless if the cafeteria food happens to also be pleasant or not. I have to write a science fiction short story for my creative writing class and pitched some ideas to them.
I was going to sneak into a public swimming area in Kreuzberg that is closed for the season but I forgot to. I want to take a picture of how abandoned it looks during February, but maybe I will later this week.
I watched The Beatles' "Let It Be" (1970). The studio parts seem to be focussed on Paul, even though the album "Let It Be" isn't necessarily a Paul album, and the editing seems to manipulate footage of John and Yoko to seem like outcasts. The rooftop part is pretty exciting though.
I watched David Lynch's "Eraserhead" (1977). I didn't like it. It seemed to be over-acted and at the same time maintained a staleness that was irritable. There was also a cacophony of sound throughout the movie that sounded like; wind, boiling water and paper rustling.
This is a drawing I made of my friend Corbin;

Thanks. He is really cool, from South Africa and has the best dancing style; he stands in one spot but still moves his upper body in a circle.
